Interprovincial Training Agreements

Alberta has negotiated three inter-provincial training agreements that give Alberta students access to programs in other jurisdictions.

Spaces are reserved for Albertans in the

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program at the University of Saskatchewan
• Doctor of Optometry at the University of Waterloo
• Prosthetics/orthotics post-degree diploma program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology

These inter-provincial training agreements have been put in place to ensure that Alberta students have access to unique programs not offered within their province.
